Introduction
Title | Creating an schedule App for Nail Studio

Stakeholders | Nail Studio’s customers
Project background |I was developing this app to enhance our online system and improve user experiences. I observed that many people still make reservations through various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, and others. However, this reliance on multiple platforms can lead to lost or overlooked messages. My goal is to create an online system that effectively addresses these issues. Additionally, I want users to easily access updates on new nail styles, ensuring they never miss out on the latest trends.
Research Goals | We’d like to figure out what specific difficulties users encounter when they try to complete the core tasks of the Nail Studio’s App as item selection, reservation, and in-App navigation.
primary research questions
How long does it take for a user to select and checkout in the App?
Are user able to successfully select the date and style that they want?
What can we learn from the steps user took for finishing whole procedure?
Is the payment process easy for the customer
KPIs
Time on Task: How much time users spend to finish the reservation
Drop-off Rate: The percentage of customers who abandon the reservation process.
Methodology
Unmoderated usability study
Location : Taiwan, remote( Participants will go through the usability study in their own homes/through the mobile)
4 participants will make reservations through the App. Each participants will then complete a questionnaire based on their experience.
Each session will last for 5-10mis
Participants
Participants include anyone who made a reservation within the past month.
Participants should be between 16-60
Incentive: a 150NTD coupon upon completion of the questionnaire.
scRipt

Prompt 1 Follow-Up: How easy or challenging was it to complete this task? Is there anything you would modify in the process?
Prompt 2: Set up the profile.
Prompt 2 Follow-Up: How easy or challenging was this task to accomplish? Is there any information you believe is essential or lacking?
Prompt 3: A message was sent to the studio.

Have the participants complete the System Usability Scale. They will be asked to rate the following statements using one of five responses, ranging from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree:
I believe I would use this app frequently.
I found the app unnecessarily complex.
I thought the app was easy to use.
I feel that I would need the assistance of a technical person to use this app.
I found the payment system frustrating.
